This cocktail from the head of Café La Trova in Miami is a great way to create the same genial atmosphere at your own celebración. The combination of rum, chocolate bitters, and an espresso-based cafecito syrup make for a bold, rich drink with strong aromatic notes from a spritz of orange oil and grated coffee beans.

Santa Teresa 1796 is a super premium rum for which every step of the production process occurs at the Hacienda Santa Teresa in Venezuela. It's the culmination of five generations of rum-making expertise that pioneered a uniquely complex production process, employing the traditional Spanish Solera method to produce a rum with a rich, refined and unexpectedly dry taste that evolves in every sip.
